Medical Marijuana can be an integral component of patient management to treat symptoms of illness. Our certified providers will assess you and your medical condition(s) to ascertain whether it may work for you. There must be an initial in person exam. Medical Marijuana may be a great choice to manage chronic pain, anxiety, depression, and much more. 

As a new patient, you will need to produce legitimate medical records from your physician indicating established diagnosis and prior treatment. 

Need to be at least 18 years and a resident of Florida.

Upon certification, patients are entered into Medical Marijuana Registry by the certified Physician. A patient ID number will be provided, which will be needed to apply for the required Medical Marijuana Use Registry Identification Card. The application for the ID card involves filling out an online or mail in form, an approved passport sized photo, proof of residency, and processing fee of $75.

Upon receipt of either a temporary or a physical ID card, you can contact a licensed medical marijuana treatment center, to fill out order placed by your physician.
